TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE “CJI 2 GWP” CAMPAIGN
1. Eligibility Criteria
a. The “Free Gift with Purchase” campaign (“Campaign”) is open to legal
residents of the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia who are at least 18 years old at the
time of a FloGrappling annual subscription purchase.
b. Employees, officers, and directors of FloSports, Inc. (“FloSports”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
c. The Campaign is void where prohibited by law.
2. Duration of the Campaign
a. The Campaign begins on August 25, 2025, and ends on September 5, 2025
(“Campaign Period”).
b. Purchases made outside the Campaign Period will not qualify for the free gift.
3. Description of the Gift
a. The free gift (“Gift”) offered in this Campaign is a limited-edition rash guard kit (rash guard and shorts), subject to availability.
b. The Gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
4. Limitations and Exclusions
a. The Gift is available while supplies last on a first-come, first-served basis.
Designs, colors, and sizes may vary. FloSports reserves the right to substitute the Gift with an item of equal or greater value if the original Gift becomes unavailable.
b. Only one Gift per qualifying purchase is allowed.
c. The Gift cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
d. This is a limited-time promotional offer and all Gifts are final sale:
i. No exchanges, size swaps, or substitutions will be allowed.
e. Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.
5. How the Gift Will Be Delivered
a. The Gift is a custom production item and will be shipped to the customer
approximately 90 days after the original purchase date.
b. The Gift will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
c. Delivery times may vary based on the destination country.
d. Recipients of the Gift outside of the United States may be subject to import
duties and taxes, or other fees, which Customers are responsible for.
e. Customs policies vary from country to country; recipients should contact their local customs office for further information.
f. FloSports is not responsible for any delays or issues in delivery of the Gift nor
will be responsible for any re-shipping of the Gift.
6. Compliance with Advertising and Consumer Protection Laws
a. FloSports complies with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.
b. Any disputes arising from or related to the Campaign will be governed by the
laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. General Conditions
a. By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these Terms
and Conditions.
b. FloSports reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
c. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and FloSports reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
d. This FloSports website is governed by our Terms of Service and your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
