Is this offer available worldwide?

This offer is available in select regions only. At this time, customers in Brazil are not eligible for the Gift with Purchase promotion. We’re always working to expand availability and appreciate your understanding.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You’re free to cancel whenever you’d like. Your subscription will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle. If your rash guard kit hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll also cancel that order.

What if my gift is being shipped internationally?

All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT/GST), and customs fees charged by your country’s customs office or delivery carrier. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your package arrives in your country, the customs office or delivery carrier may contact you to collect any duties, taxes, or fees before releasing your order for delivery.

If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, shipping costs and any return fees will be deducted from your refund. Some shipping costs may be non-refundable.
